PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are net 30 days. An invoice that is past due will be assessed a 1 1/2% monthly rate or higher as allowed by law.
WARRANTY
All instruments are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.
Any product that proves to be defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, free of charge.
If the product is used for purposes other than intended, altered, repaired or modified by persons not authorized by WIGGINS MEDICAL, the warranty will be void.
REPAIR PROGRAM
WIGGINS MEDICAL offers a repair program on its instruments. Check with customer service for details.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY
All returns must be authorized by WIGGINS MEDICAL.
Returns in saleable condition will be authorized for return with the following exceptions:
1) Products not purchased from WIGGINS MEDICAL.
2) Products that have been sterilized and/or used.
3) Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return date.
4) Sterile products without the seals intact.
5) Special or custom orders.
6) Products not in the original packaging.
7) All returns not due to WIGGINS MEDICAL error are subject to a minimum 15% fee.
