PRICES
Prices are as listed in the WIGGINS MEDICAL current price list and are subject to change without notice.
Prices are F.O.B. Tallahassee, FL, with freight invoiced.
Payment terms are net 30 days.

WARRANTY
All instruments are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Any product that proves to be defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, free of charge. If the product is used for purposes other than intended, altered, repaired or modified by persons not authorized by WIGGINS MEDICAL, the warranty will be void.

REPAIR PROGRAM
WIGGINS MEDICAL offers a full-service, warranted repair program. Check with customer service for details.

CUSTOM INSTRUMENTS
WIGGINS MEDICAL will discuss the feasibility of a custom instrument. We are happy to quote on any customization that is deemed possible to manufacture.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

1) All returns must be authorized by WIGGINS MEDICAL.

2) Returns must be in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. A 15% reprocessing fee will be charged unless the return is due to WIGGINS MEDICAL error.

3) All returns are for credit only.

4) All returns must have an RGA number and will be issued by the Wiggins Medical Customer Service Department.

Non-resalable merchandise will not be accepted for credit or exchange. Non-resalable merchandise includes the following:

- Products not purchased from WIGGINS MEDICAL
- Products that have been sterilized and/or used.
- Products attempted to return 30 days beyond the invoice date.
- Sterile products opened or removed from their original container.
- Custom-made or discontinued products.
- Products not in the original packaging.
